A registered user account created on the 88pkr platform, through which the user accesses betting markets, deposit and withdrawal facilities, bonuses and all other Services.
The total sum of funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
Credits awarded to a User's Account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering and rollover requirements as specified in the relevant offer terms.
The identity and age verification process required by the platform, which may include submission of a valid CNIC or passport, proof of address and a liveness/selfie check.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are obliged to maintain and update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times. 88pkr reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading or incomplete.

Accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction is a breach of these Terms. 88pkr does not warrant that the Services are lawful in your jurisdiction — you access the platform at your own risk and legal responsibility.

You must not share your credentials with any third party. 88pkr will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
You must notify 88pkr immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, or any loss, theft or compromise of your login credentials. Notification should be made through the platform's live chat support.
88pkr is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations and age verification requirements. You may be asked to provide:

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 88pkr's support team. Account closure requests will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you after applicable verification checks are completed.

⚠️ Currency Risk: All Account balances are denominated in PKR. Where cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits are made, conversion rates applied at the time of deposit will determine the PKR-equivalent balance credited. Exchange rate fluctuations are entirely at the User's risk.
All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets and other incentives offered by 88pkr are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, as displayed at the point of offer. Where these general Terms conflict with promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering or rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, depending on the offer) must be staked before withdrawal eligibility is reached. Illustrative examples on the 88pkr platform (e.g., "10× rollover") are examples only — actual requirements are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
All bonuses have a defined validity period, starting from the date of credit to your Account. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation.
88pkr reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and suspend Accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated group betting to exploit wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, use of staking patterns designed to manipulate rollover completion, or any other conduct determined by 88pkr to be abusive of promotional terms.
88pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to User accounts where wagering requirements are still in progress.
Bets placed on the 88pkr platform are binding once confirmed. You are solely responsible for reviewing the details of your selection — including market, event, stake amount and odds — before confirming any bet. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except in circumstances expressly permitted by the platform's betting rules.
Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment of confirmation. 88pkr is not responsible for odds displayed prior to your final confirmation action.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment or postponement; obvious pricing errors; technical system failures; match-fixing investigations; or any other situation where 88pkr determines that settling the bet would be unfair or contrary to the spirit of the applicable rules. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to your Account Balance.
Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets, accumulator bets and specific markets. These limits are displayed within each market and may vary by sport and event type. Where a bet would result in a payout exceeding the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum limit.
Live and in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes during play. 88pkr is not responsible for delays in data transmission that may affect the display of live odds or result in bets being accepted at odds that differ slightly from those expected. In-play bet acceptance is subject to platform-determined latency rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88pkr platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
All content on the 88pkr platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, code and the overall "look and feel" of the platform — is the property of 88pkr or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
